The Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetos) are fast, agile hunters who roam over quite large teritorries in search of small mammals and rodents which they capture with their large, sharp talons and for many years have been valued in the falconry community for their hunting prowess.
About Steev Stamford
I'm a UK based freelance photographer who particularly likes old things, churches, industrial heritage, old machinery . . . and then by contrast like nature and wildlife too. I'm a dedicated tripod geek - my camera very rarely gets used 'off tripod' as many of my shots are taken in low light or require large DOF. Sometimes I shoot an image for use 'as is' - but I also like to get creative so shoot with the intention of combining multiple exposures - another great reason for being on the tripod. Just about the only thing you won't see in my portfolio are people.
